Portia took a walk around the cottage in early Autumn, glancing at the changing greenery and knowing that soon, all of Nature's paintbox would be showcasing her beauty.

Indeed, it was only a few weeks later that during the last rays of daylight, the Japanese Dogwood tree seemed to come almost ablaze with color.

Even the evergreen trees seemed to reach out to her and compliment her coloring.
