January 2007, From Bouzouki by the Brook to Snowy Skiing!
On January 6th, Miss G, The Pirate, and Raquel took advantage of the Spring-like, 72 degree F (22 C) weather to drive to a local park by a beautiful stream. Raquel enjoyed quietly strumming her bouzouki,* which The Pirate had brought back from Athens for the Bs.
Poor Corabelle was left behind, looking at the sunny skies, and wondering when she would be able to wear her beautiful Princess Yuki no Namide Hime dress out in some snow!
The weather continued, and it was so sunny and mild, that the azaleas began to bloom and Obilot ran to the garden to enjoy the oddity.
But then! Finally, two weeks later: a snowy, wintery day. Zeema borrowed the skis from Corabelle and went outside for a jump!
Portia took her notebook into the nature, where she wrote poetry as the snowflakes fell. All the Bs were happy to see the Winter Wonderland!
